High-altitude single vineyard, exclusively with low-yield premium white Douro varieties: Viosinho and Rabigato. Southern exposure.


The harvest was in ideal weather conditions, in the second week of September. Grapes were correctly selected and whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation took place for 20 days, followed by six months of ageing in stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes:

Colour is citrus yellow. Extremely fragrant, with a white-flesh fruit aroma and hints of orange blossom. Mouthfeel is rich with a fresh palate and a mineral finish. Serving suggestion: 10-12 °C.
