Filipa majored in Oenology at UTAD and worked in many harvests while studying in the Douro region, from 2002 to 2007. She joined the technical team at Duplo PR as Winemaker in September of 2007 while simultaneously starting her personal wine project, ITER. She authored her first red wine that same harvest, followed by her first white in 2008.
She became technical director and a partner in 2012.
Her passion for wine means she is comfortable handling all the technical aspect in the field, both in our consultancy and her own projects, as well as teaching winemaking in catering colleges, having also taught abroad in restaurants in Luanda, Angola, in 2013-14.
